Malmö Redhawks, one of the Swedish Hockey League’s most innovative clubs, needed a better way to combine scouting, player health, and performance data that had been scattered across different systems and often shared on paper. To create a single digital view of the team, the club turned to Capgemini and SAP Sports One.

Capgemini helped Malmö Redhawks implement a cloud-based platform where coaches, medical staff, and management could share and analyze player information in one place. The result was more complete player analysis, earlier detection of fatigue and injury risk, improved training decisions, and a 30% annual reduction in injuries.
