Capgemini designed and built a centralized data warehouse and implemented the Business Objects report generator, integrating DHL's disparate systems in phases. The solution, supported by Capgemini's Application Management services, provided a unified view of operations and eliminated the need for costly, one-off data extraction orders. The results included a drastic reduction in IT costs, significantly better information for decision-making, and an enhanced ability to proactively monitor and improve customer service quality.
