Desigual, a leading Spanish fashion retailer, faced the challenge of managing its rapid global expansion and complex sales network, which included thousands of multibrand stores. The company needed a new, agile, and transparent tool to support its sales force and streamline transactions with headquarters. To address this, they collaborated with vendor Capgemini to develop a new B2B relationship channel.

Capgemini implemented a solution using the ATG framework, integrating a Rich Internet Application (RIA) front-end for a virtual catalog and an ATG back-office for order management and real-time stock queries. This new system replaced outdated, paper-based processes and became the sole channel for supplying multibrand stores. The project was completed in under five months and was met with great acceptance from the sales network, successfully supporting Desigual's major worldwide development.
