Covestro leverages admnext Solutions as part of a highly-complex It vendor consolidation program

Covestro, the global chemicals company, needed to consolidate its application landscape, which was being managed by 17 IT vendors across six regions, under one trusted partner while reducing operational costs and risk. Covestro engaged Capgemini and its ADMnext application management services to help transition and manage more than 50 critical SAP and non-SAP applications, including cloud migration support.

Capgemini implemented a multi-wave, collaborative transition with strong governance, knowledge transfer, and L2/L3 support, backed by automation and a Business Command Center. The result was over 2,400 enhancements and about 30,000 tickets resolved in the first 18 months, zero SLA breaches, IT service cost savings, and a business-user rating above 4.6/5, while setting the foundation for successful cloud migration and ongoing efficiency gains.
