Cooper Standard deploys SAP across its global business

Cooper Standard, a global automotive supplier, needed to migrate 120 facilities from nearly 50 disparate systems to a single instance of SAP. Working with Capgemini and SAP, the company set out to create a common global process and shared data elements to improve reporting, decision-making, and data quality.

Capgemini helped Cooper Standard roll out the new template across sites, and 76 facilities have now been brought online. The result is a global view of nearly all company data in one place, faster inventory reporting, better labor allocation, and real-time analytics for plant leaders via mobile devices, improving operational efficiency and business agility.
