Cona Services Transforms to a More Dynamic Supply Chain

CONA Services, the IT organization supporting the largest Coca-Cola bottlers in North America, needed a more flexible and dynamic supply chain solution to manage inventory, out-of-stocks, labor shortages, and a reduced SKU portfolio. To address these challenges, CONA Services selected Blue Yonder and brought in Capgemini to help integrate the new platform into its existing SAP architecture.

Capgemini supported the build and deployment with project management, methodology, resources, and technical expertise across demand, supply, transportation, and production planning. The result was a smoother rollout with minimal disruption, improved user experience and visibility, more automated load planning, better inventory positions, and increased confidence in supply planning; the solution has since been rolled out successfully to all bottlers, with further expansion across other regions underway.
