Cona Services Transforms Bottler HR Systems

CONA Services, created by Coca-Cola Bottlers to support North American bottlers, needed to unify eight different HR systems, align processes, reduce complexity, and improve recruiting and onboarding on SAP SuccessFactors. The company also wanted to address payroll issues, lower costs, and create a scalable platform for future growth.

Capgemini helped CONA Services consolidate the bottlers onto a single cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors instance as CONA HR 2.0, delivered in an 18-month program that went live on time and on budget despite the pandemic. The new platform now supports more than 53,000 employees, while Capgemini also supported recruiting innovation through Paradox AI and a custom onboarding app to improve candidate experience, reduce manual work, and lower drop-off and follow-up efforts.
