CHS transforms to deliver consistent customer experience

CHS, a leading global agribusiness owned by farmers and cooperatives, was dealing with complex, legacy systems that made it hard to deliver a consistent, customer-focused experience. Customers had to use multiple systems, and CHS wanted a “one-customer” model supported by an enterprise platform; it selected Capgemini to help implement SAP Suite on HANA and related services.

Capgemini helped CHS roll out SAP-based solutions including the One CHS portal, Agriculture Contract Management, Transportation Management, and SAP Master Data Governance. The result was standardized processes, better data quality, improved compliance, faster financial close, and lower retrieval and storage costs, while paper-based approvals were replaced with system-driven workflows.
