BSH Hausgeräte GmbH, the global home appliance manufacturer, faced growing complexity as its supplier base and data volumes expanded across regions, systems, and teams. To improve data quality, availability, and transparency while supporting faster time-to-market, BSH worked with Capgemini and a master data management approach built on Stibo Systems’ platform.

Capgemini helped BSH implement Stibo Step as a federated master data hub and establish data governance, using an agile SAFe approach to migrate supplier data in phases. Over 18 months, the first migration milestone was completed, delivering a unified supplier view, a 360-degree view of data, improved operational efficiency, reduced maintenance costs, and faster decision-making.
