INWIT, a telecom tower company pursuing a Tower-as-a-Service model, needed to standardize and simplify the management of its operations by creating a central asset master data system. Capgemini, using Sitetracker technology, was brought in to help INWIT improve the accuracy and consistency of its facilities data and support its broader digital transformation.

Capgemini designed and developed an asset management tool and centralized repository for INWIT, combining system integration, business process reengineering, governance, and change management expertise. The solution is giving INWIT a single system for better visibility across owned assets and is helping improve data completeness, operational efficiency, and decision-making, while an end-to-end process for site surveys is also being implemented.
