Daimler Group, a leading automotive manufacturer, needed to standardize an inhomogeneous quality and production reporting process and get more value from data across multiple departments. Working with Capgemini and using an SAP BW/4HANA-based solution, Daimler aimed to reduce manual effort, eliminate data redundancies, and improve insight into quality assurance performance.

Capgemini implemented a three-tier platform built on SAP BW/4HANA, Qlik, and Angular JS to harmonize data from 10 source systems, define 16 KPIs, and deliver an interactive, mobile-friendly dashboard. The solution automated data loading, cleansing, and reporting, cutting the process from days to hours and enabling faster, fact-based decisions with consistent, device-independent access to quality data.
