Capgemini implemented a gamification initiative called "Vertical Take-Off," which encouraged teams to competitively submit ideas for automation, application renovation, and other improvements. This solution led to the submission of over 1,500 ideas across two initiatives. The measurable results were significant, including quantified savings of €300,000 from the first initiative and €1.1 million in revenue recognized on time from the second, alongside thousands of hours of saved IT and business work.
