Global Fashion Retailer needed a better way to teach its teams how to use composable architectures so they could support future business transformation. Its existing learning content was static and hard to absorb, so the company turned to Capgemini and its ADMnext offering for a more engaging, role-based learning approach.

Capgemini created gamified, interactive learning journeys using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft OneDrive, and Unreal Engine, and helped establish an internal Integration Academy to distribute the content. The result was a more collaborative, visually compelling learning program that improved understanding and confidence across developers, business managers, and executives, with a client C-suite executive calling the new materials “awesome.”
