Southern Graphic Systems (SGS), a global leader in packaging and marketing production, needed to consolidate financial data from multiple territories into one reporting account. To support this effort, SGS selected Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and sought additional IT and business intelligence resources, including project management, business analytics, and development expertise. Capax Resource Management was brought in to help fill these gaps.

Capax Resource Management leveraged its Microsoft Dynamics 365 and BI talent network to quickly place four candidates at SGS: a global project manager, two functional consultants/business analysts, and one developer. All hires were completed within 8-10 weeks, and SGS reported that the placements were able to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on ongoing projects, while also reducing the stress of the screening process.
