A Capacity Interactive Case Study
Capacity Interactive worked with The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, an internationally famous museum and tourist destination, to optimize their digital advertising campaigns for their online merchandise shop. The challenge was to test and refine these campaigns to maximize online revenue and overall digital strategy performance.
The solution involved using Meta's A/B testing tools to compare segmented audience targeting against a more automated, non-segmented approach. Capacity Interactive found that while segmented campaigns performed better initially, the automated campaigns outperformed over a longer duration. This led to a strategic shift in how campaigns are structured based on their flight length. The results were standout, including a 216% average overall ROI and a 61% average merchandise ROI across shop campaigns over four months. Capacity Interactive also identified key learnings about creative and ad formats that drive the best performance.
