Select Mortgage, a long-time client of Caorda Web Solutions since 2005, needed a major website refresh after its previous site had become outdated and no longer suited modern devices. The old boxed layout, aging design, and limited mobile support made it clear that a redesign and content restructuring were overdue.

Caorda Web Solutions delivered a ground-up rebuild using a mobile-first approach with a full-width desktop layout, updated web fonts, refreshed imagery, and a reworked site architecture based on visitor data. Caorda also integrated Select Mortgage’s online tools and calculators into the new user experience, resulting in a fully responsive website launched in May 2016 that received overwhelmingly positive feedback for both usability and design.
