How Orangetheory Fitness used Canva to scale the global business during COVID

Orangetheory Fitness, the global fitness franchise, struggled to keep up with rapid expansion, localized content demands, and inconsistent brand execution across 1,424 studios in 26 countries. Before using Canva, studios often requested assets through a time-consuming back-and-forth with the marketing and design teams, and local designers sometimes created off-brand graphics that diluted the company’s image.

Canva helped Orangetheory Fitness centralize and scale content creation with editable templates, Brand Kit controls, folders, and multilingual support across 23 languages. The result was faster localized communications for emergencies, weather events, pandemic updates, and campaigns, along with far fewer ad hoc requests and significantly improved brand consistency.
