HubSpot, the CRM platform serving 100,000+ customers, needed a better way to help users create the huge volume of content they rely on for marketing, sales, and customer service. Its teams wanted to avoid forcing customers off-platform to design assets, download and reupload files, search for imagery, and resize content, while also keeping collaboration and asset access simple inside HubSpot.
Canva solved this by integrating the Canva Button into HubSpot and enabling direct design-and-publish workflows from Canva to HubSpot. Using Canva, HubSpot customers could create and publish ads, emails, social posts, and site content in just a few clicks, with access to millions of creative assets. HubSpot reported that this reduced friction and saved time for users, and its VP of Product Management called the experience a “game changer” for customers.
