HubSpot, a global CRM platform, needed a better way to maintain brand consistency while helping 300+ marketers move faster across regions and channels. Its small design team was overwhelmed by ad hoc requests, inconsistent assets, and the need to localize content quickly, which led HubSpot to adopt Canva for Enterprise.

Canva worked with HubSpot to centralize brand assets in Brand Kits, build 600+ on-brand templates, and roll out shared folders and collaboration workflows across the company. The result was a cut in ad hoc requests by half, a drop in design time from 45 minutes to 15 minutes, and faster, more consistent marketing work with less reliance on freelancers.
