Greystar, a global real estate developer and manager, needed a way to streamline marketing for more than 200 property brands while maintaining strong brand alignment and housing compliance across its Northeast offices. The team was already using Canva’s free version, but needed a more powerful solution to manage fast-turnaround design requests, multiple brand assets, and the added complexity of legal approvals and email marketing from one platform.
Canva for Teams gave Greystar a centralized hub with customizable templates, multiple Brand Kits, brand controls, and real-time collaboration. With Canva, Greystar sped up monthly and quarterly campaigns across social, email, flyers, and event materials, reduced back-and-forth revisions, and made approvals easier. The team also saved on stock photography by using Canva’s built-in library, and Laura Stankovic said the platform eliminated the need for Photoshop or graphic design experience, with overwhelmingly positive feedback.
