Epicor, a global business software company, was struggling with a constant stream of design requests, slow creative workflows, and brand inconsistency caused by cumbersome, hard-to-edit templates. To speed up production and keep content on-brand, Epicor turned to Canva for Teams.

Canva worked with Epicor to build a Brand Kit, create customizable branded templates, and centralize assets in shareable folders for more than 200 users across marketing, communications, HR, and talent acquisition. With Canva, Epicor increased template output by 5 to 10 times, cleared creative backlogs, and enabled teams to produce social posts, case studies, and other collateral much faster while staying within brand guidelines.
