The American Cancer Society, a large nonprofit with more than 2,500 staff and 1.5 million volunteers across the U.S., needed a way to keep campaign and fundraising materials consistent across many locations. Before using Canva, teams were producing off-brand graphics and design requests were slow to fulfill, creating challenges for a mission-driven organization that depends on clear, trusted communications.
Canva implemented an enterprise-wide rollout of Canva for ACS, including Brand Kit, branded templates, folders, and collaboration tools to centralize assets and speed up approvals. The result was a major productivity boost: graphic requests that once took two days were reduced to five minutes, while Canva also helped American Cancer Society improve brand consistency, streamline local campaign creation, and give staff faster access to approved materials.
