Concordia University Irvine (CUI), a private Lutheran university near Los Angeles, needed a consistent, professional visual identity across its many social media channels. Its social media team, led by Director of Social Media Veronica Steele, was creating content with Canva but wanted an easier way to keep logos, colors, and branding consistent across more than 80 channels and 60 community managers.

Using Canva for Work, CUI set up a team-wide Brand Kit with logo uploads and color templates, and used features like Magic Resize to adapt designs for every platform. Canva helped streamline training and content creation, and Veronica estimated it reduced the team’s graphic design workload by 75%.
