Muscular Dystrophy Western Australia (MDWA), a nonprofit charity supporting people affected by muscular dystrophy and their families, needed a faster way to create fresh fundraising and awareness content for its small team. While promoting its annual Ride For Someone Who Can’t mountain bike challenge, MDWA turned to Canva Pro to produce on-brand visuals quickly and keep social media designs consistent across accounts.
With Canva, MDWA received a free brand kit, shared logos/colors/images, and used features like Magic Resize and templates to create Facebook posts and banners in just a few clicks. The new Canva-made designs boosted engagement with more likes, shares, and greater post reach, and helped the campaign raise just under $90,000, with MDWA noting that Canva made its fundraising efforts more efficient and economical.
