A Canto Case Study
Victoria Company, a direct jewelry sales leader based in Brussels, needed a better way to maintain brand consistency across thousands of consultants in Benelux, France, Germany, and Austria. Their previous file-sharing tool had low adoption, and consultants were not regularly receiving or using on-brand assets. Victoria used Canto DAM to address the challenge.
Victoria implemented Canto by training local marketing teams and sector leaders first, then launching the library to its consultant network during the company’s annual event. With Canto, Victoria created a branded, multilingual asset library with weekly content updates and no upload privileges for consultants, helping protect brand image. The result was strong adoption and better brand consistency: more than 1,700 consultants subscribed on day one, and 4,600 consultants registered overall, representing 34% of the network.
