The University of Wyoming needed a better way to manage and share the large volume of photos, videos, and other brand assets used by departments across campus. Before adopting Canto DAM, content was buried in an outdated database, making it difficult for staff to find what they needed and creating extra work for the creative services team.

With Canto, the university centralized more than 15,000 digital assets in a searchable portal with metadata, Smart Tags, facial recognition, and a built-in brand guide. As a result, creative workflows became up to 83% faster, design teams cut photo-procurement time from about an hour to 10 minutes per project, and more than 600 users across campus could quickly find and reuse on-brand content, lowering costs and improving the quality and impact of communications.
