Veolia organizes brand assets for international teams with Canto

Veolia, a global company in water, waste management and energy, faced chaotic media-file storage that lacked essential metadata and clear image rights, which disrupted graphic production and internal workflows. After comparing options, Veolia chose Canto's digital asset management platform to replace the previous tool and support international communications teams.

Working with Canto, Veolia migrated and curated nearly 9,000 assets, developed a metadata structure aligned to its water, waste and energy business areas, and published about 4,000 assets through an internal portal managed by seven editors and three administrators. The Canto implementation now supports more than 90 regular users, speeds up presentation and social-media workflows through intelligent sharing and collection links, and gives teams secure, approved access—effectively ending the prior “digital chaos.”
