The Set Hotels, a family-owned group of five‑star hotels across Europe, needed to strengthen a single, upscale brand story across three properties but faced scattered visual assets, lost files and limited copyright control in shared drives. To centralize and govern imagery, video and user‑generated content, The Set Hotels turned to Canto’s brand asset library (digital asset management).

Canto centralized all assets, enabled Upload Links for photographers, provided an Adobe integration for in-app editing, and offered a Canto Portal for preapproved external distribution. The result: faster content curation and sharing, reduced man‑hours and reliable remote access during COVID‑19, plus clearer oversight of visual direction — Canto helped The Set Hotels save significant time and maintain a consistent luxury brand identity.
