Swedish Space Corporation Launches into a New Era with Canto

Swedish Space Corporation (SSC), a leading provider of advanced space services, struggled to manage a growing collection of images and videos scattered across shared drives. Searching for the right asset, tracking permissions, and fulfilling frequent requests from journalists, partners, and colleagues took too much time and created unnecessary stress. SSC turned to Canto DAM to help organize its digital assets more effectively.

With Canto, SSC consolidated assets into a single digital library, added metadata and tagging requirements, and created self-serve portals for press and agency use. Canto also made it easier to control access, share assets through expiring links, and streamline upload and review workflows. The result was a major time savings: SSC’s Head of Digital Media and Communications Projects estimated she went from spending 2–3 hours a day searching for assets to often taking no time at all, and now usually needs no more than 15 minutes for items not on the public portal.
