SolarEdge, a global leader in smart energy technology with more than 3,500 employees across 28 countries, faced fragmented and slow digital-asset workflows: files were scattered across personal laptops and shared drives, version control was poor, and Marketing Communications Manager Limor Baruch was overwhelmed handling hundreds of asset requests. To solve this, they turned to Canto’s digital asset management solution to centralize and modernize asset distribution.

Canto delivered a scalable DAM (internally called SPARC) with Portals, Workspaces, upload links, metadata-driven search and secure sharing, enabling self-service access for internal and external users. The result: more than 31,000 assets organized across 19 Portals and 600+ users in 35 countries, removal of the single-person bottleneck, faster collaboration with agencies and contributors, and clear adoption of Canto links in design briefs—freeing Limor to focus on higher-value work.
