MIB Agents advances their mission using digital content stored in Canto

MIB Agents, a nonprofit focused on supporting children and families affected by osteosarcoma, needed a better way to manage its growing library of images, videos, and reports. Before using Canto DAM, founder Ann Graham was the only person who knew how to find content, creating a major bottleneck for a remote team of more than 200 volunteers and staff.

With Canto, MIB Agents centralized nearly 3,000 digital assets in a cloud-based library with AI visual search and facial recognition, making it easy for the whole team to find and use the right content from anywhere. As a result, Ann was no longer the content gatekeeper, the team saved time and worked more efficiently, and the nonprofit was able to build a stronger website and better tell its story through current and past photos and videos.
