MED-EL, the Austria-based hearing solutions manufacturer, needed a better way to manage and distribute a large volume of marketing assets across 40+ country-specific website versions and global sales teams. The company had to handle brochures, flyers, graphics, videos, presentations, and internal documents in many versions and languages while ensuring the right materials reached the right recipients efficiently.
Using Canto DAM and Canto Portals, MED-EL centralized asset management, enabled self-service access for more than 500 users, and created separate portals for internal teams and distributors. Canto also improved reporting, consistency, and data quality, while integrations and subtitle functionality streamlined workflows and video localization. MED-EL reported substantial time savings, faster asset distribution, and reduced IT maintenance thanks to Canto’s SaaS model.
