Thyssenkrupp, a global industrial and technology group with about 104,000 employees in more than 60 countries, needed to consolidate disparate image and video management systems and improve the cost‑benefit ratio of its media tools to ensure a uniform brand presentation via its "brandfactory" portal. To meet this challenge, Thyssenkrupp selected Canto’s cloud digital asset management solution.

Canto migrated large volumes of images and videos from two legacy systems into a single cloud DAM, adding CDN delivery and support for images, video, audio, presentations and PDFs. As a result, Canto helped Thyssenkrupp replace multiple tools, streamline workflows, make major media assets available to all employees worldwide, and move toward a single source of truth — boosting internal efficiency and reducing costs.
