A Canto Case Study
Sugar Bob’s Finest Kind, a growing consumer packaged goods brand based in Chester, Vermont, had limited staff and time to manage a fast-expanding catalog of digital assets and product information. As they added new SKUs, entered new markets, and frequently needed to share assets with agencies, retailers, and media partners, their patchwork of Dropbox, Google Drive, hard drives, and paper files made it hard to maintain a consistent brand and a reliable single source of truth. The company used Canto’s Image Relay DAM for Products to address these challenges.
Canto implemented an intuitive, cloud-based DAM + PIM solution that centralized more than 1,250 digital assets and 50+ SKUs in one organized system. With Collections, custom permissions, and Product Hub export channels, Sugar Bob’s could securely share accurate, up-to-date assets and product data, reduce manual back-and-forth, and support retailer-specific requirements. The result was significant time savings and more bandwidth for a small 4–5 person team, helping Sugar Bob’s scale faster and present a polished, consistent brand like a larger company.
