Fugro, the geo-data specialist, needed a way to unify independently run offices around the world under one brand and create a single source of truth for digital assets, brand guidelines, and content. With teams duplicating documents, storing files locally, and managing an inconsistent website, Fugro turned to Canto DAM and Media Publisher to support its global brand standardization effort.

Canto implemented a centralized digital asset management system that connected employees across offices, integrated with Microsoft Office and Wrike, and enabled easy publishing to Fugro’s website through Media Publisher. The result was a 4x increase in Canto users over two years, greater user-generated content, faster and more collaborative workflows, and a modernized website with no duplicate or outdated images.
