Logitrans, a Denmark-based manufacturer of internal lifting equipment, needed a better way to increase visibility into its digital assets across global offices and dealer networks. With content scattered across local drives, multiple cloud accounts, and separate systems in different countries, teams struggled to find, structure, and share product images and other files quickly. Canto DAM was chosen to help create a centralized, searchable source of truth.

Canto helped Logitrans consolidate thousands of assets into one library, add metadata, organize files into folders, and create language-specific and dealer-specific portals for easier sharing. The team also integrated Canto Connect with Photoshop and used link sharing to send assets without granting full library access. The result was faster access to approved content, more consistent product storytelling, and a measurable sales win: a U.S. sales rep found a specialized product in a Canto Portal and closed a deal that might otherwise have been lost.
