Canto helps Fractal Design take control over distributing product launch assets

Fractal Design, a Swedish manufacturer of premium PC hardware, needed a better way to control product launch assets shared with distributors and resellers around the world. After struggling with Dropbox links and a failed DAM attempt, the company turned to Canto and its DAM platform to prevent leaks, manage embargoed content, and ensure the right partners received the right assets at the right time.

With Canto, Fractal Design created a single source of truth for approved photos, videos, and PDFs, then used Canto Portals to build separate access portals for launch partners, distributors, resellers, and the public. The solution improved visibility into who downloaded assets, automated notifications for updates, and made sharing much easier; Fractal Design said updates now take about five times less time than before, and internal launch feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
