A Canto Case Study
AmorePacific, South Korea’s largest cosmetic company, manages more than 650,000 digital assets across 40+ beauty and health brands and subsidiaries. As the business expanded globally and shifted toward direct-to-consumer e-commerce, its previous digital asset management setup was too complex, costly, and hard to use, making it difficult for teams to find and share the latest content. AmorePacific turned to Canto and its Canto DAM platform to create a more centralized way to manage digital content.
With Canto, AmorePacific implemented a customized onboarding and multilingual DAM environment that supports different brands, regions, and teams, including API-based reporting and future Media Publisher integration for automated asset delivery to e-commerce sites. The result has been faster workflows, easier global content distribution, reduced email back-and-forth, and significant cost savings from reusing assets instead of recreating them. Canto is now supporting AmorePacific’s broader digital transformation and D2C growth, helping the company scale content operations more efficiently worldwide.
