Case Study: British Fencing achieves streamlined digital asset management and faster content sharing with Canto

A Canto Case Study

Preview of the British Fencing Case Study

British Fencing promotes fencing benefits with digital asset repository in Canto

British Fencing, the national governing body for fencing in Great Britain, needed a single, secure place to store and share up-to-date photos, videos and marketing materials so staff, clubs and the press could promote the sport quickly. As Media and Communications Manager Sophie DeVooght became the single point of contact for asset requests, the organization outgrew its mix of scattered storage solutions and sought a turnkey digital asset management system — Canto’s library — to centralize approved content and streamline permissions.

Using Canto, British Fencing consolidated images, video, audio, brochures and branding into a single library with robust tagging, upload links, share links and a Club Portal, supported by hands-on training from their Canto account manager. The result: the previous bottleneck was removed, teams and affiliated clubs can instantly find and download approved assets, and British Fencing now works more efficiently to publicize the benefits of fencing across Great Britain.
