The American Kennel Club (AKC), the U.S. registry for purebred dogs with more than 200 recognized breeds, was spending hours or days searching disparate hard drives for the right photos and videos for newsletters, social media and web content. AKC's director of user experience and visual design identified the need for a cloud-based digital asset management (DAM) system with advanced search, tagging and ease of use, and after evaluating over 10 vendors selected Canto.
