A DAM to consolidate marketing materials

Mathnasium, a North American education company with 900+ franchise locations, needed a better way to manage its growing library of marketing assets. Its materials had spread across shared drives, Dropbox, and an in-house DAM that could no longer keep up, while still needing to remain easy for franchisees to use. The company turned to Canto DAM to solve this challenge.

Canto implemented a centralized digital asset management system that organized Mathnasium’s print and digital ads, email headers, social media graphics, video, and audio into one main library with localized portals for the U.S. and Canada. The rollout was highly successful, with over 700 active users in the first six months. Canto’s user-friendly search, visual previews, and reporting helped Mathnasium save time, improve asset distribution, and gain insight into which materials were being used most, while also supporting future expansion into new countries.
