Pallyy, a social media management and scheduling platform, was built and run by solo founder Tim Bennetto, who struggled to collect timely user feedback while also handling support, feature requests, and product promotion. Before using Canny, feedback arrived slowly through cold emails, making it hard to capture user sentiment and prioritize what to build next.

Canny helped Pallyy set up separate boards for feature requests and bugs, link them directly in the app, and publish a public roadmap and changelog. As a result, feedback came in “on auto-pilot,” saving countless hours of email outreach, improving roadmap visibility, and helping Pallyy manage 1,942 votes on Canny while continuing to use the free plan.
