CANEA implemented a comprehensive Lean Six Sigma training and coaching program for Plasman employees at all levels, from White Belts to Black Belts. This equipped the organization with new competencies to drive improvement projects. As a result, Plasman generated large verified savings in just over one year and established a platform for future initiatives that reduces quality deficiencies.
