Plasman, a manufacturer in the automotive industry, sought to reduce costs and reinforce its long-term position as a top supplier. To meet this challenge, it partnered with CANEA to enhance its continuous improvement initiatives by combining Lean principles with Six Sigma methodology.
CANEA implemented a comprehensive Lean Six Sigma training and coaching program for Plasman employees at all levels, from White Belts to Black Belts. This equipped the organization with new competencies to drive improvement projects. As a result, Plasman generated large verified savings in just over one year and established a platform for future initiatives that reduces quality deficiencies.
