Husqvarna, a world-leading producer of outdoor power products, faced challenges with inconsistent processes and disconnected systems due to its history of acquisitions. They initiated a global project to find a uniform case management system to improve collaboration with their numerous suppliers and enhance quality control. After a comprehensive evaluation, they selected the CANEA Workflow platform.
The solution implemented by CANEA provided a flexible and user-friendly system for managing deviations and complaints. This gave Husqvarna a better structure, improved traceability, and quicker reaction times, leading to higher quality and more satisfied partners. The results included a uniform global way of working, a reduced number of IT systems, and the successful rollout of the system to 23 factories and thousands of suppliers worldwide.
