Göteborg Roro continues to find new uses for CANEA ONE

Göteborg Roro, a ro-ro cargo terminal in Gothenburg harbor, required a new, flexible case management system to handle various anomalies and ensure traceability as required by authorities and ISO standards. They chose CANEA Workflow from vendor CANEA to replace their old, proprietary system.

CANEA implemented its configurable Workflow system, which provided a centralized platform for reporting and documenting all types of injuries and damages. The solution integrated with the customer's financial system and gave administrators control to easily build forms and tailor processes. The results included a clear overview of all cases, simplified incident reporting, and streamlined follow-ups. Göteborg Roro also gained the ability to use the system for mobile reporting and continues to find new uses for it.
