Thilo built Levity’s getting started homepage, that drives time-to-first-value in under 10 mins

Levity, a platform that helps businesses build AI to automate image, document, and text workflows, wanted to improve onboarding and reduce dependence on chat and phone support. To do that, they needed a way to deliver Getting Started content directly inside the product without pulling on front-end development resources for every update.

Using Candu, Levity launched a self-serve Getting Started homepage tailored to users’ use cases, with options to follow a Userflow walkthrough or watch a video tour. The result was faster onboarding and less hand-holding, with Levity achieving time-to-first-value in under 10 minutes, while Candu also made it easy for the team to update and iterate on the experience as the product evolved.
