Expensya, a leading expense management software company, needed a way to promote its newly launched paid feature, the Expensya Card, to existing customers across multiple languages and drive adoption of the add-on. To support this revenue expansion effort, Expensya turned to Candu for in-app messaging and embedded prompts.
Using Candu, Expensya placed localized embedded prompts on its product homepage and another high-traffic page, highlighting the card’s benefits and directing users to either try it live or book a demo. The campaign was highly effective: Expensya said 20% of the total converted sales funnel for the campaign came from leads generated through Candu content, delivering a 20% conversion rate from CTA click to booked revenue.
