Salsify, a product experience management platform, wanted to improve adoption of core features inside its Insights product. The team had been using Appcues for overlay flows and in-house development for embedded content, but this approach took up engineering resources and limited what they could do in-app. Candu helped Salsify address this challenge.

Using Candu, Salsify’s design team quickly turned Figma designs into embedded in-app banners across the Insights module, launching seven dismissible banners that explained report value and linked to enablement materials. The experience felt native and non-intrusive, letting users learn at their own pace, while Segment integration enabled tracking of engagement and adoption impact. Candu gave the team a faster way to iterate on in-app experiences and support product adoption goals.
