Colleague, a provider of recruitment CRM software for sector-specific recruiters, wanted better visibility into how prospects and customers were engaging with its website content, including jobs pages, whitepapers and webinars. The company also needed a clearer understanding of the user journey so it could improve engagement, conversion and lead generation. To address this, Colleague turned to CANDDi and its visitor tracking and profiling capabilities.
Using CANDDi, Colleague tracked activity across its website, captured leads through forms and content downloads, and built richer profiles of prospects for both marketing and sales teams. The result was greater intelligence and context for campaigns, plus a stronger pipeline of opportunities. CANDDi identified more than 500 leads after rollout, while also helping Colleague refresh older inbound leads and better align its content strategy with buyer interest.
