Canda worked with 38 Degrees, an online campaigning organisation, to improve its hiring process and increase diversity. The team needed better ways to attract and shortlist candidates, along with a simpler scoring system for recruitment.

Over a six-week project, Canda redesigned the recruitment process for the Campaigns Internship, improved candidate experience, and created more inclusive copy and advertising channels to widen the applicant pool. The work built a talent pool of over 500 candidates, helped 38 Degrees hire 4 interns, and saved 60 hours while delivering £8,500 in cost savings.
